• To pay ordered service of Virtual Concierge is used the system Global Payment Europe of the Raiffeisen bank, which meets highest security criteria.
• In case of cancelled reservation according the cancelation conditions, is the full amount returned back on your credit card.

Tours

We offer:

• Regular and private sightseeing tours, excursions and cruises for single tourists
• Regular and private River Cruises organizing by own boats
• 2 days trips from Prague to other cities in Czech Republic
• Free pick up service in hotel

Pick up service

• In case, that the tour starts on time more than once in a day, please write to notes which time do you choose.
• In notes fill in the hotel with address also where do you wish to be picked up.
• Pick up time depends on more features (traffic, distance of hotel from centre etc.)
• Please be ready 45 minutes before the tour starts to be picked up.  

Cancelation policy

• One day before the the tour strats - free of charge
• 0 days in advance (no show) - 100% of the total amount

Others

• Start of the tour is not identical with the deparure from your hotel.
• Most of the tours end in the centre of the city.
• Any complaints must be raised immediately with either the tour guide or at the box office based company representative.
• Complaints raised retrospectively will not be accepted.
• Children – up to 10 years of age
• Students - up to 26 years of age

Transfers

Meet the driver upon arrival

• Our driver will pick you up at the arrival hall at the airport or at the arrival platform at the train station
• He will have the nameplate with your name

 Meet the drivewr upon departure

• Our driver will pick you up at the hotel reception or anywhere else of your choosed address

Cancelation policy

• 24 hours before to use the transfer service - free of charge
• After 24 hours full amount will be charged

Car rental

• In our offer you would find only cars of excellent quality. Enjoy the comfort of travelling by the car.
• Free driving of a car to demanded location in Prague
• Car insurance for Czech Republic and Europe, Green Card
• Accident insurance for all seats
• Complete maintenance and prospective repairs and checks during period of rental
• Highway stamp for Czech Republic and road tax
• Roadside assistance 24/7/365
• Summer and winter tyres
• Fuel is not included in the price
• GPS navigation costs 90,- czk per day
• All price are final and VAT included

Flowers

• Delight your wife, girlfriend or firend with fresh flowers. In our offer you find wide range of flowers for all kind of occasion.
• Flowers will be delivered in the selected date and time to your hotel room or anywhere else of the choosed address.
• In notes you can write a massage  which you wish to be sent with flowers.

Concerts

• Choose a concert of classical music in the magnificant halls in the Municpial House. Enojy an unforgettable music experience!
• Tickets might be delivered to the hotel or anywhere else for the price 250,- czk which must be paid cash on place.
• Tickets you can pick up the box office before the performance.

Payment

We offer two ways of paymet:

1. You can pay a full amount in advance by credit card.

• To pay by credit card we use Global Payment Europe (GPE) system of Raiffeisen Bank. GPE is internet payment portal facilitating an acceptation of VISA and MasterCard. GPE fully supports standard 3-D Secure Protocol which meets highest security criteria.

2. It is possible to pay at the moment of a service use (by credit card or cash). The credit card guarantee is required. The amount is not athorised or charged. It is just the guarantee. In case of not canceled the service the amount according the business conditons is charged.

In both of the ways of the payment you get a voucher for the service use.
