How system works?
It is an internet platform with updated database of services.
Would you decide to add Prague Trip to your hotel's website, a specific code „Iframe“ will be created for an easy entry to your webpage.
Each hotel has its own specific address therefore the system reads bookings accordingly.
With any order/booking created a voucher with all details including contacts for service ordered will be issued and sent to client.
At the same time an email will be sent to specified address – usually reservation office and front desk to have full control not only prior to arrival of client but during a stay also.
What are expenses to run the system?
Installation and running operation are free of charge, no cost.
Why is Prague Trip beneficial?
You will gain new source of income for zero purchase cost and operational expenses. Wider offers on your website provide better quality of your internet presentation to your clients and there will be an advantage over competition not offering such services.
How to add the system to your website?
Easiest way is to contact one of our salesmen who will explain all in person. If you know our services already please send us request to generate iframe code and you can join in operations soon after.
How can I check my commission?
Every hotel´s presentation has its own password to enter our website section for partners, where you can check entire volume of utilized services.
How will I receive commission?
At the end of each calendar month your account department will receive a statement about commission generated by your hotel. After that you can issue proforma invoice for us to pay.
How to order a service?
- Client books online any number of services offered.
- After payment (or guarantee) by credit card a client will automatically receive a confirmation including a voucher (where form of payment will be marked). Cancellation policy and other important information will be included.
- Provider of any particular service will automatically receive an order. Copy will be sent also to hotel´s address of your choice to keep a record of sold services to your clients.
- In case of cancellation by client we take full responsibility over money return.
Security of client's payment?
To pay by credit card we use Global Payment Europe (GPE) system of Raiffeisen Bank. GPE is internet payment portal facilitating an acceptation of VISA and MasterCard.
GPE fully supports standard 3-D Secure Protocol which meets highest security criteria.
